Thanks Coop. My children's HS is one of the top in NJ. I went to parent orientation for 2 of our children that happened to be 16 years apart. I noted to the Math Dept Head that his charts were eerily similar from 16 years ago. His answer was "Math hasn't changed". He had tenure & wasn't changing. He was gone by the time our 4th child got to HS.
