Exactly what do you think shareholders are going to win if they are successful in a lawsuit? There is no cash, just assets that aren't worth much and are co-owned by other parties. Whenever SB gets into a lawsuit he delays it for as long as possible. LG Capital anyone? Do you have the money to pay lawyer fees for three years in order to receive something almost worthless?
Shareholder lawsuit ain't going to happen imo and also wouldn't be successful in returning any money.
