Can you provide an example where such non-refundable milestones were paid under NDA prior to a deal announcement? This would be a very big deal if it is the case.
I assumed IPIX had simply tightened its belt and deferred executive salaries a few months as it has done in the past.
If it happened in Q1 we should see some accounting of it in the 10Q.
