You obviously have a negative bias toward this company. There are other boards that support that position, so why do you come to a positively oriented site and try to influence shareholders ?
It's because there is no one on those sites whose sentiment you can attempt to sway.
It serves no purpose to attempt to create negative campaign on those sites against a company trying to recover and rebound because no one frequents those places with any regularity. In other words, nobody's listening....
You provide outdated information, already discussed ad nauseam, trying to make the companies admitted past missteps relevant to the current situation without acknowledging the steps that the company has taken to correct the situation in an effort to move the company ahead to success.
Things like reorganizing the entire management team.
You take unsubstantiated and unproven allegations of company fiscal improprieties and try to skew them into facts for the sole purpose negatively swaying and demoralizing the current investor base.
You keep referring to the SEC complaint. Any shareholder doing proper DD has all ready read it.
If I understand the SEC procedure I have read on their website, there is a process. The party(s) are given time to respond to the complaint.
Seems to me continually bringing up the complaint that shareholders have already read at this point in the complaint process, is a blatant attempt to reinforce your negative bias toward the company and attack shareholder morale.
That makes me ask.......why are you doing this and other things in an attempt to generate such negative sentiment toward NTEK ?
Oh. I know...you are trying to save us from ourselves, right ???. A benevolent benefactor perhaps ?
I think not. This company has been subjected to the same pattern of attacks for years. This attempt at subterfuge falls right into that pattern.
Beyond normal venting, why does a theoretical shareholder relentlessly attack their own investment ? Is this behavior going to benefit the company? Do I even need to answer that question ?
No one engages in this kind of behavior unless they, (or their paymasters) have a clear financial interest in seeing this company fail IMHO
Anyone thinking of investing do your own DD before putting your money here. This security is not for the faint of heart and you have to be a bit of a gambler....
If you are a current shareholder, whether your intent is to hold long because you see the value in the company or just holding long enough so you can get out, the one common denominator we all have is that people coming here simply to bash the stock for their own fiscal gain does no shareholder any good at all.
They are not here for your benefit, not at all......
