My two cents. In light of the recent positive remarks by MK regarding revenues, I think they might be focusing less on the patents until there is added clarity on the Alice 101 issue. There are also plenty of big-fish infringers that have not been named yet so this doesn't mean they are finished with lawsuits, just that they aren't spending any more on these particular ones. It's a balancing act.
