While this was the first time this happened for VERB on the NASDAQ in the short time since uplist, I suspect it will happen more since the share prices is undervalued. What PRs will trigger that kind of price action and volume will be interesting to watch
It's fairly simple to figure out the revenues but everyone should do their own DD, read the filing and come to their own conclusions. Anyone that thinks there will be no revenue or off the charts may have unrealistic expectation.
Keep in mind Sound Concepts shifted their business strategy last year as outlined in the filing and pasted at the bottom
Rory said Sound Concepts is growing at > 200% CAGR
My math shows that is the case already based on December comparable.
I suspect you may see Q1 revenues of at least around $3M ($1M a month). Maybe more. What will be a factor is the timing of the sales. Keep in mind they were integrating the two products and didn't start launching until Feb. As I've discussed before, how a company recognizes SaaS revenues is different. The unknown is how much users & sales from Q4 started being recognized in Q1.
Not too many companies as I posted before are growing at +200 CAGR. Most are in the single digits or teens.
What will be more important than any numbers Rory & Jeff share will be what they disclose about 2019.
Summary:
YOY revenue increased by approximately $1.2 million, or 10%
Digital Sales revenue increased $615,000, or 20%
December comps show a growth of >200% (as Rory has said i.e. >200% CAGR

"Historically, Sound Concepts primarily had two lines of business: (1) corporate kits, which consists of “starter kits” for corporations to use for their marketing needs, and (2) fulfillments, which consists of various custom products used for marketing purposes at conferences and other events.
Recently, Sound Concepts began moving away from the fulfillment business model to an on-demand business model. The increase in revenues for the year ended December 31, 2018 was due to a combination of a decrease in corporate kits and fulfillment orders and an increase in digital and shipping sales.
Revenues generated by corporate kit and fulfillment sales decreased by $391,000, or 5%, for the year ended December 31, 2018, as compared to the same period in prior year, primarily related to fewer corporate kits sold to a large customer that moved its business closer to its corporate headquarters and a temporary slowdown in fulfillment orders as Sound Concepts began to shift resources from its stock-to-order fulfillment business to a higher margin print on-demand business.
However, revenue generated by digital sales increased by approximately $615,000, or 20%, for the year ended December 31, 2018, as compared to the same period in the prior year, driven by an expansion of Sound Concepts’ customer base.
Shipping revenue also increased by $964,000, or 119%, for the year ended December 31, 2018, as compared to the prior year period, due to an increased number of sample pack fulfillments following the introduction of the new sample shipping service."
