Think Equity is not the level of firm CYDY needs to engage. IMO, CYDY is an attractive client for a top level firm, such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, or at least a mid-market firm, such as William Blair, Houlihan Lokey or Stifel. The competition for engagements among the investment firms is intense, so the timing is excellent for engaging a top firm.
