if the contest was still running I would pick
Pbec Pacific Blue energy.
Had this one in my watch list for almost 10 years it hit a $1.50 or so then went to sleep in 2010
They're starting to wake up now 8 years later they just started filing back paperwork late last year.
It's a real small low float play and I'm sure the bulk of the shares are distributed in such small amounts when the stock was trading over a dollar 8 or 10 years ago that when it starts picking up steam it should rise pretty quick.
In my opinion this is very very early for a stock play and I believe they're going to get current on all their filings probably even a name change and ticker change so they can disassociate themselves with the past.
I think this stock is slowly going to gain every day
On relatively low volume and as the weeks go by and they file more paperwork and they get a business plan together the real volume will come in and we could easily see 25 or 50 cents if they don't issue any more shares.
Good luck with anyone that reads this if you wish to play the stock I truly think this will make anyone money that gets in it half way early I wouldn't waste your time if I truly didn't believe.
