ah yes the EO the month of April 2019
so yesterday's *gyrations* on PTOI's *ask* via OTCX (decoy)
were interesting *imo* because i haven't seen that kind of *effort* .. in years
today i found out why NR did what they did ..
as noted here and elsewhere .. strongly suspect it's a *glitch*
that will be corrected
now eagle eyes might note the first 3 trades yesterday
and the first 3 trades today come to the same total (20500)
it's *magic* ..
