Global developer and provider of cellular communications systems Siyata Mobile (TSX.V: SIM) (OTCQX: SYATF) announced on Monday the filing of its 2018 year-end audited financial statements on SEDAR, as well as its plans to host an investor call at 9:00 AM ET on April 30, 2019.
