A: As reported in the prospectus filed 04/08/2019 VERB direct sales division currently has 555,000 users
Q: What size is the direct sales market? Is it enought to warrant direct sales companies to spend hundreds of thousands or million on a selling tool?
A: The below numbers were from 2017 as reported in 2018. 2019 numbers should be coming but the total sales are substaintial and there are a number of billion dollar, well known companies in this space

Q: What is the cost of the solution? Is it afforable for the average direct seller?
A: Based on client videos, we know the app is sold buy VERB customers to their direct sales force $10-$25/mo range. Could be higher or lower, but these are numbers that we know of.
The average direct sales associate makes ~$2,000/yr in the US. Some make a lot more, enough to get a Mercedes and other perks. Spending a hundred or two on a tool to increase sales in this field may not be much different than having a car & app available to be a uber/lyft driver. Tools of the trade.
Q: Are these one-time, monthly or yearly cost?
A: VERB direct sales app is a subscription model and not a one-time purchase so revenue is ongoing
Q: What is the retention rate or dropout rate?
A: Not reported, but likely equal to the markets they serve. From the user base first reported in August 2019 until now, the growth has been substantial.
Q: What does the mobile app look like? Can I download it?
A: If you are a direct sales associate and signed up, you can download and logon. The app has a lot of feature for a direct sales associate including sharing personalized videos and messages, qualifying potential customers, drip campaigns, sampling, analytics and more.
Q: Couldn't I do some of this with email, microsoft paint and the camera on my phone?
A: You could do some of it and spend 10 times longer for likely worse results. Many people in the direct sales do it part-time which cuts into their free time. Less time spend with greater results in the goal of anyone in sales
Q: Are there competitors in this space?
A: The annual DSA conference is coming up in the US. If you go here and look up all the vendors there are no real compititors that I found but please look yourself
Q: Does VERB have any other products?
A: This is just one of their product and just one division of the company. The same technology and model can be used in a number of industries/areas like real estate, education, insurance, recruiting, etc.

A: Yes. VERB has partnered with a number of companies including Oracle, Adobe, Microsoft, Oodo, Shopify, Instapage, Waymark, DR2 Interactive, Getty Images.
