"Our financial Clydesdale, Gallagher, has been slow out of gate" for only one reason, the Federal budget fiasco. That is behind us. Federal dollars were dispersed to all Agencies/Departments and they ordered computer software among other things. The procurement pipeline, with its 60 day billing timeframes, has cycled. Between April-June those dollars finally start to hit our accounts by my calculations. Like a Clydesdale ready to pull, my huskies all leaned into their harnesses awaiting me to pull the snow hook and give the command "Hike". Their start was explosive! Our Clydesdale awaits Mark to say two words by the end of June, "Walk on."
