I went down through the attorney letter per all 17 requirements of the revised (February 2019) Attorney Letter Agreement and was able to locate a reference to each. I'm certainly not an expert in the matter but I honestly see no reason why it wouldn't be accepted. Here are the links if anyone else wants to determine if anything is missing:
