Not sure if they learned their lesson... Mgmt need to do more damage control on how they handled the RS.. so far, more silence from them.. They seem to have no intention of rebuilding PPS.
They can't seem to find a party for new funding source.. fact, they decided to issue ~30+MM for common shares for monthly payment (Discovery) in the past several months. OS when from ~156mm to ~186MM.. 30MM is about 15%-20% of the company.
I simply can't explain with this new MMJ Bio sector and they are one of few companies doing research and can't find 5MM from any entity to replace the current toxic 5MM loan? I know they need more funds down the line. Let's focus on the the 5MM 1st.. to give up 15%-20% of the company for under 1MM shows me that they are not in a good position.
We need a miracle to save our behind. not bashing here... I can't make sense of what they were doing the past several months. with no direction from the company, even if they announce the kick off the tablet trail will have little impact on the PPS.
