$EVSV DD / Rolling Brief - Updated April 28, 2019 [updates in last 7 days in bold]
The top traders in the OTC - who trade $EVSV continuously and also know how to trade successfully through a reverse split - grabbed the bottom price shares - .0002/.0003 then & .4000/.6000 now - on January 14 before the successful r/s and have added more since.
It was extremely fortunate that the CEO gave traders a full trading day's notice to add the .0002s and .0003s - very often that doesn't happen - and those that saw the opportunity bought from those who decided to sell from the one-tick flip log jam area at .0008 and above.
Since then, we have already had the large O/S reduction to 1,799K shares and the 92% reduction of the A/S to 3,950K shares .
Even if traders failed to add at the bottom available levels on January 14, there has been plenty of opportunity since - and savvy traders have been doing just that.
As at the close on April 26, 2019, they now control 69% of the cheapest shares "as near to .4000 / .0002 as makes no difference" [or 73% using the DTC figure - the float is probably even less] having bought from those that panicked or were duped by nonsense on amateur forums and who sold from .0007 entry and above.
That figure rises to 78% if the .6000 / .0003 cost basis shares are included [or 82% using the DTC figure].
That will have made EVSV much thinner to the upside as there had previously been a one tick flip block at .0008 then / 1.6000 now - especially since the "now relatively expensive" shares were reduced in number by 1:2000.
Noticeably in the last 19 trading days:
- There have been ask hits at .5999 with almost nothing being offered under .6000 now [apart from hold back attempts from manipulators trying to dupe the impatient to trade on the bid].
- 151,021 shares have been bought - the majority on the ask in the .5000 to .5999 range.

No dilution confirmed again.
A/S reduced by 92% after successful r/s - most stocks do not reduce A/S - from 4,950,000,000 to only 3,950,000.
This confirms the intent to use the r/s to raise the pps rather than to dilute.
O/S prior to reverse split unchanged since it was reduced significantly on June 30, 2017 from a peak of 4,003,221,101 on March 31, 2017.
O/S significantly reduced again by February 22, 2019 to 1,905,716.

The CEO has obviously spotted the activities of those attempting to defame both the company and himself personally - it wouldn't surprise me if the Company Attorney isn't already looking into the culprits. He made the following comment to another shareholder:

In Wisconsin - first of 7 states which might also include Florida, Michigan & Illinois.
- January 28, 2019: Applied for Industrial Hemp Growers license with the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture.
- February 6, 2019: Received Industrial Hemp approval license # 477788 from Dept. of Agriculture (usually takes 8 weeks we were successful in fast tracking the approval).
- February 7, 2019: Successfully raised $100,000 of direct investment capital for the funding of the Wisconsin Hemp Project.
- February 14, 2019: Met In person with prominent Beaver Dam, WI. Businessman and farm land owner Dick Cromheecke to discuss a land lease of his available 29 acres to grow hemp (Mr. Cromheecke’s Dad grew hemp in Beaver Dam in the 1940’s he was very excited to partake).

Summary of Progress of Diversification Into Hemp Production.
In Wisconsin - first of 7 states which might also include Florida, Michigan & Illinois.
- January 28, 2019: Applied for Industrial Hemp Growers license with the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture.
- February 6, 2019: Received Industrial Hemp approval license # 477788 from Dept. of Agriculture (usually takes 8 weeks we were successful in fast tracking the approval).
- February 7, 2019: Successfully raised $100,000 of direct investment capital for the funding of the Wisconsin Hemp Project.
- February 14, 2019: Met In person with prominent Beaver Dam, WI. Businessman and farm land owner Dick Cromheecke to discuss a land lease of his available 29 acres to grow hemp (Mr. Cromheecke’s Dad grew hemp in Beaver Dam in the 1940’s he was very excited to partake).
- February 24-26, 2019: Attended the U.S. Central Hemp Expo in Rochester MN. To find quality seed procurement and consulting partners.
- February 27, 2019: Visited farm land in person and spent time in Beaver Dam meeting with local Farming Co-ops and viewing available warehouse and office space-retained real estate agent.
- March 6, 2019: Signed legal formal land lease with Dick Cromheecke to retain 29 farm-able acres for the purpose of Hemp cultivation in Beaver Dam Wisconsin pursuant to acceptable upcoming soil testing results.
- March 12, 2019: Enviro-Serv, Inc. announces the hiring of Thomas Conine as Vice President - Midwest Farming Operations.
- April 6, 2019: New website domain for hemp division of $EVSV noted as established and "Under Construction":
