Long Post for Investors (redflix S3E08) Part of

Part of doing good DD is understanding the competitive landscape
Let's see what we can find
I think shareholders are going to be happy about what we see
With the DSA Annual Meeting 2019 link I posted yesterday, it basically gave you a list of all the Direct Sales suppliers
http://annualmeeting.dsa.org/exhibit-hall
95 Suppliers so far
Only 13 big 20 foot booths
9 Already spoken for
Each is a Pavilion Sponsor
Must cost some $$$ to be one or the other 86 suppliers would have stepped up
The DD below is to see if there are truly any competitors to VERB in the Direct Sales space
You would assume they would be at the DSA annual meeting if there were
You could also assume any larger vendor would be a sponsor and have a bigger booth
You already know who VERB and SAP are so I skipped them
Below are links to the rest of the bigger companies
The Good News is, none of them are competitors
Closest is Jenkons, but from what I read, there is no way they could compete
Can't find any mobile apps on their site nor the app store and it sounds like from the glassdoor reviews, out-dated tech and lots of layoff. I just posted a small part, but you can go to GD if you want and read the rest
I did look through the list of the smaller booths and picked out of few that I linked at the bottom. As I suspected, very small companies with no real products to look at and no customers mentioned
You'd be surprise how many companies have a website but it's hard to tell what they even do and usually never show their product. They talk about their product, but go find a demo.
Note: Other than SAP and some of the travel companies most of these are small private companies and none of course on the NASDAQ
VERB is and will continue to dominate this space as the company said, but you be the judge...

Jenkon

"As the product goes, it is an incredibly old, difficult system to work with. Incredibly difficult in scope to understand and almost impossible to improve without a complete scrap and do over. Any attempts to improve the product and try and make it more current with today’s technology and more marketable for the future of the customers is stopped in its tracks because a customer didn’t request the work and Jenkon will not foot the bill to invest in removing technical debt and presenting a better product."
