As Mark said in the past, he does not control when the deals are finalized and thus his predictions (hopes) have been delayed and delayed, but they are beginning to bear fruit now.

Then, right after the patent news came out that we were losing the patents and we were losing the appeal, the numbers did start going down quite a bit, but the share price held up and, soon after, kept going up
because patents aren’t the majority of our cases
It’s our revenues and our products that are so real, and we’re still pushing them real hard.
Even though we think we’re going to possibly win the patents, that’s not key to us right now.
Any stock is a risk, but the rewards could be phenomenal.

some that we were waiting for and we’ve been working on for years.
We kept thinking it would be each year, and now it’s starting.
One of them is signed and were starting to show revenue.
Another deal should be doing the exact same thing in the next month or two.
