IMSO -- Very Very Blessed prices for buy-in to what will become a Multi-Billion dollar Company!!
Despite the FED Appellate Court and the huge mistake SCOTUS did years ago with 101/abstract! Just maybe....just maybe Congress can start really legislating again and get something friggin done. Gimli has been on point with the ipwatchdog posts - thank you!
In the mean our patented IP that's been thru the USPTO ringer twice and good to go, $SFOR products are lining up huge deals and we will see the benefits as revs hit the books THIS YEAR - improving greatly! I may be happily surprised with Q2, but Q3 numbers should be really good with current inked deals and possibly more huge deals soon -- say like a big one dealing with PCI-DSS requirements finally being "inked"!
When I read folks busting on Mr. Kay, I just shrug off as nonsense. Folks need to understand IT acceptance timelines and processes! Then include when ecosystem companies are ready to ink deals and implement roll-out. And for IA/Security, ecosystem looks to the standard org guidelines for system accreditation's! It has arrived and implementation will be HUGE!
