I don't know why the focus on the EMA meeting publication.The CHMP meetings referred to are involved with market authorization approval,disapproval etc and are the ones that are published.
IPIX met with the CHMP for "scientific advice" which meetings are not included in any publication schedule.(Different type of meeting).
Also,the EMA does not approve/disapprove the authorization of clinical trials.That is up to the "Member States" whom the sponsor (IPIX) wishes to conduct the trials in.
In all my research on the EMA site,I cannot find anywhere where they publish highlights of the Scientific Advice" meetings.
