Incorrect - we haven't been at .3100 since a paint down attempt in the first hour.

Since then there have been multiple traders outbidding each other for a total of 57K at .3100 /.3101 / .3200 / .3201 with some moving up further but most taking out the artificially low ask at .3450 put up by a manipulator (details recorded contemporaneously) - trying to get in on the bid - after the .3699 had already gone earlier.

There have also been invisible bid fills as high as .3448.

Since then, most former bidders have been buying out the .3450s as the bid/ask price difference isn't worth bothering with now.

47K bought already today of that 57K with over an hour to go.

The funds on the bid at .3100 and above are more than enough to get the .4000+ break and most of the way to .5000.

Currently 6K .3201 x 2.5K .3450 then 5000 at .3699.

I don't expect to misleading information posted again.
