here is the cliff notes version on FTDs .. part 4

it's a settlement issue
settlement is now T + 2
which means FTDs' reported say on 01.04.19 @ 198643 are from
the *volume* engendered on 01.02.19 .. ( 751,232 ) ..
in other words 26.44% of the 2nd's *volume* (aka trades) were FTDs' reported on 01.04.19

note the shift beginning to appear specific to FTDs in correlation to DRS and *volume*

up to this point ..

where *tellingly* based on what NR had to *report* re: FTDs for March 2019

NR had to *mark* IPIX .. high .. every damn day .. and that has continued into this month

in September 2018 .. FTDs were reported 10 trading days out of the month
in March 2019 .. FTDS were reported every trading day of the month sans 1
