Thanks also for putting all the relevant cards on the table for everyone to see. I appreciate the generous gesture you are making with SWS shares, although it may not make much of a dent in my current ANDI losses.

I am relieved to see that you are giving Utopya notice to put up or get cut off from the company. The idea of Utopya phones was enchanting, the convincing sales pitch suckered many investors (including me) into making massive investments, and that previous management’s follow-through was horrific, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Andiamo is a business, not a charity. If the remaining Utopya management cannot come through in a reasonable amount of time, ditch the bastards. There is no reason to keep them around if they can’t produce revenue.

At the same time, the attacks the company came under from bashers employed illegally to destroy the company’s reputation taught many of us what the criminal underbelly of the OTC looks like. I am relieved that you and Mr. Keer are not part of that underbelly but are moving forward in good faith with your investors with clear communication, and with your eyes on success.

What is most encouraging to me is that you are actually aware of the negative cash flow situation and have made many steps to correct it.

Unlike the management of that Utopya, you are paying attention to the bottom line and the balance sheet. That is the right way to do things. Thank you, Mr. White.

I firmly believe that if you continue to focus on generating revenues through company partnerships and acquisitions, that ANDI will likely succeed. It may not be immediate, but I am willing to hang on a little longer to see how this turns out.

Damn the previous lying management, damn the criminal bashers, full speed ahead.
