One of the unique features of this board is an occasional appearance by the company boss. That’s a perk with its benefits and liabilities. I would prefer Joe go silent working behind the scenes to get us over the next line, than being coerced to just drop in to assure us he is still a believer. That can’t be good for his psyche or ours. Fact is, sometimes I wish he didn’t show up to generate or engage in some of the not so helpful back and forth.

Where is Joe is really not a fair query. Anyone is free to contact him directly. This board has to learn to exist without him. Once he is on the job, I’m fine. Success to us!
