I've been sold on SWS & Keer for a while. If you asked me, that's the best thing we have going now. Unfortunately, SWS was forced by the Investment Bankers to depart ANDI in order for a deal to even have a chance. As far as the Investment Banking process, no Investment Banker is going to enter into an agreement with a company unless things look pretty good. Keer has 30 years of experience in the water treatment arena & was involved with Ionics when they sold to GE. Unfortunately, as we have seen, the process can take a while to complete since there will be some back-n-forth. At least all appears to be going good up to now.
As far as phones, I gave up on them long ago. I got tired of White's non-reply's to anything phones. He doesn't like the idea of phones and his effort is indicative of that. This Blog only reassures us of that. It looks like Utopya remains our lone hope for phones, which is where we started over a year ago. When will Ian get off his .........you know what and start producing something meaningful is the question?
White mentioned Revenue on the next quarterly (I believe from the ACPS partnership). The 500K shares from SWS will also add something positive to ANDI's assets (possibly $1 Million dollars if SWS opens at $2/share). White has a partner who may eventually reduce the problem we have with our Series-B shares. I suppose we will have to wait on that one and see how things evolve. So, over-all, there does seem to be some positive here. GLTA.
