Hello Shareholders,
I want to thank each of you for the support, outreach, and tremendous encouragement during the executive leadership transfer of the past few days. We are pressing forward with our Company’s foundational changes to uplist out of the OTC Pink Sheet marketplace.
We are implementing a solid strategy to achieve these goals to improve shareholder value. We humbly request your patience, understanding and grace which enables us to remain focused on improving our structural profile and other refinements to meet near-term objectives inherent to the innovative billion-dollar enterprise we aspire to become.
Our transition team is completely revamping the Company’s business processes, silently in the background, to codify standard operating procedures, increase transparency, and improve accountability for shareholders and future investors.
In addition to engaging a certified (PCAOB) Public Company Accounting Oversight Board finance and securities auditor, we are upgrading our public facing social media platform. This will enable us to communicate with shareholders and the public with regulatory confidence. Until this transformation is completed, we will cease all Company interactive social media participation. All shareholder communications and public outreach will be made exclusively through the traditional investor relations processes and OTC Markets disclosure outlets.
