Of course I read everything available as it's so very easy to do and necessary especially down here in the gutter... but based on what I've come to understand from 'pofessionals' and penny CEOs who deal with this daily as well as my own experience the last several years, once a filing has been submitted the process is automatic and most of the time the update takes place on OTCM the next business day UNLESS there are issues for either FINRA or OTCM with a filing... as it stands I'm to believe there are issues with ONCI's filing... no other way for me to view this.
Furthermore, the pps and its lack of real movement based on fundamentals is troublesome... it tells the story of no trust by shareholders and even traders... discouraging and disappointing.
