Wouldn't make financial sense for institutions to sell shares to keep warrants at these price points. If the sp was higher maybe. It is pure speculation just like when people speculated Rory was selling over and over again.

The net of it all would be like buying warrants at $1.06

Buy at $3.13 per share
Sell at $2.07 per share
Net cost of each warrant $1.06

The fact are institutions have money and can borrow money cheaply. The shares are a better deal for them if you do any kind of Black-Scholes analysis. If anything, they would be selling the warrants to lower their cost average which they are not.

Other than April 5th, the volume has been pretty light. RSI is under 20 (oversold). Traders are back. What shorts there are will need to cover at some point. Light volume makes it hard to do.

For me, I am focused on the market cap, existing and future revenues. Those revenues aren't going to disappear as they are reoccurring. Company also signed a 5 year lease in CA. Renewed a 5 year lease in Utah.

Is the Manhattan Beach mention a mistake in the article. I don't know but the square footage is also significantly different:
Hollywood 2,800-square-foot office
Newport Beach 4,900-square-foot office
Manhattan Beach 8,000-square-foot office

Got to wonder why they need all that extra room. Even if it's NPB, that would be almost twice the size.

Signs of a company expanding? Do your own DD and don't get it off a message board. Look up all the sqft and draw your own conclusion

BTW, the market leader Stream Energy is off to a very good start with VERB from what I can tell. Love they have a Direct Sales Division also. Wonder how many more in the next year.
