I remember that too, "Tier I" investors who aren't looking for a quick profit. He said there were some during that he could tell were the kind that would do that based on the questions he asked, and he went back to AGP to find some better potential investors. They may have demanded a lower offering price, but in the long run may be good investors if they do hold. You are right, if they represent themselves as long term investors and turn out not to be, it would not reflect well on them, especially if they sell and then the stock does do well long term. Then they will look silly for selling at a loss very short term.
