You are posting your negatively spun viewpoint on NTEK in a deliberate effort to attack the company.
Many OTC companies have lawsuits against them, contrived, frivolous or otherwise.
As stated many, many months ago, the CE is all about the NTEK being unable to pay the OTC money it owed them for registration I believe.
No sinister plot or fraud on the part of the company. Just money owed. We all know the company is having fiscal issues. Another attempt on your part to spin it into some grand conspiracy...same pattern of exaggeration and half truths your posting history indicates you present.
The SEC action is a complaint, not a criminal investigation as you stated, again an effort on your part to deliberately put the company in a bad light by making into something that it really isn't,. It is an issue that has yet to be resolved.
I'll wait and see what stems from the SEC complaint findings, not the misrepresentations and opinions of some basher attempting to discredit the company.
Wouldn't it be interesting if the SEC really dug in and looked at people who originated the complaint and their years of effort trying to illegally drive NTEK into bankruptcy for their own financial gain. Over 30,000 posts worth I believe someone stated. That would be very interesting indeed...

Taking known information, adding your biased opinion and trying to twist it into something it's not in order to fit into your personal agenda , what you call "the truth" is certainly not what this board is about.
This board is about having a positive discussion about the the company, not advertising your version of "The Truth"
