No, this is retail selling, CDEL at 42c. Someone got tired of waiting and just flushed their investment at 42c. I would have grabbed some, but didn't have money over. Some people are taking advantage of the silence at these low prices. NP needs to address a couple issues: TNBC trial and 700mg safety data.
