berkshireHathawaySignet International Holdings, Inc. (SIGN) Announces: Acquisition of the First Instantly Rechargeable Energy Pack Device to Replace All Batteries
April 03, 2019, 11:52 AM Eastern Daylight Time
PALM BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–“We acquired all rights to this invention,” says Ernest W. Letiziano, CEO SIGN. “It provides a compact magnetic-based battery device that offers: a large number of cycles a long storage time and an instant charging time. We call it: ‘InCharge’ This is truly a complete and independent unit… In and of Itself.”
Increased reliance on technology-based solutions has necessitated growth in the area of rechargeable batteries. Battery markets have significantly grown in recent decades, and advancements in computing, portable and wearable-sensor applications, including the recent surge of electric vehicle sales. In 2018, battery sales exceeded $65.1 Billion US dollars. One of the most essential obstacles, which limits modern applications of rechargeable batteries is their slow recharging time.
Inventors, Dr Khizroev and Dr. Guduru, reported that experimental analyses have shown that InCharge energy pack can be tailored to provide fabrication methods that will adjust to industry scale. All sizes and shapes can be modified to accommodate industries’ concerns for mass production.
“The future is bright for Signet and our shareholders,” says Letiziano. “Imagine, not being burdened with the trivial task of patiently waiting while charging a cell phone or even an electric automobile. It’s encouraging to be receiving inquiries from multinationals. We anticipate funding from those men and women who choose to transcend beyond the safe blue-chip way of thinking; insightful investors taking an informative risk and seeing our potential.”

A NEW BATTERY THAT WILL VIRTUALLY LAST FOREVER
“WE HAVE THE ONLY SOLUTION TO BATTERIES RUNNING OUT OF ENERGY
AND WE DON’T HAVE TO DEPEND ON AN OUTLET TO RECHARGE OUR WEAK BATTERIES.”
(EW Letiziano, CEO)

Mr. Ernest W. Letiziano, CEO of Signet
Palm Beach, FL. March 26, 2019 … “We have to endure many limitations in our lives. Moreover, the frustrations to overcome these limitations continue. Imagine, not to be burdened with the trivial task of charging a cell phone or even an electric automobile. Our invention, which we call the InCharge™, will allow you to junk the charger, and not finding yourself sitting on the terminal floor next to an electrical outlet—in your nice suit. We have the only solution to batteries running out of energy, and we don’t have to depend on an outlet to recharge our weak batteries. InCharge™ allows us independence. The possibilities for such a battery are endless. This is a new type of battery, not an attachment. It is a new-patented devise, totally revolutionary. It produces energy, it recharges virtually instantly, it offers a large number of cycles, a long storage time and it is smaller in size. We will actually replace the slow rechargeable batteries.” These are the words of Ernest W. Letiziano, CEO of Signet International Holdings, Inc. (SEC, OTC:SIGN)

Signet President, Mr. Thomas Donaldson
“This is what ‘revolutionary’ is! An invention is without parallel; it cannot be compared with anything on the market; what is faster than instant?” Signet’s President, Thomas Donaldson, added. “We are extremely pleased and excited to introduce this truly incredible new nano-magnetic technology to the market. It will render practically all previous energy storage devices passé. Any device that requires what we refer to today as a ‘battery’ will never be the same again! Think of it—instant recharge, longer lasting, smaller and lighter, and it can be used by anything that requires a battery as a power source.”
khizroev
Dr. Sakhrat Khizroev, co-inventor of the InCharge™
“The goal of [our] invention is to replace today’s chemical-based batteries, which are slow to recharge, with their new solution for energy storage,” said Dr. Sakhrat Khizroev, co-inventor of the InCharge™. “The next step is to develop a prototype with a company that wants to use the technology for its devices. That could take a few months, or longer.”
“The main idea of the innovation is to use magnetic energy as a source of energy,” Dr. Khizroev said. “If your battery loses magnetic energy, you can re-magnetize them in a fraction of a second.” The energy can be transferred wirelessly. Today’s chemistry-based batteries use an external energy source, like a charger, which transfers its charge to the device through a series of chemical reactions that takes minutes to hours. “Tesla’s an example of a technology that can be improved with our magnetic batteries,” Dr. Khizroev said. “Today’s batteries use an external energy source, like a charger, which transfers its charge to the device through a series of chemical reactions that takes minutes to hours…” With this technology …“we can do much better than that. There are no fundamental limits.” *

Inventor, Dr. John M.Conn
“We have trademarked our device ConnREAP,” says Mr. Ernest Letiziano, CEO of Signet. “Its inventor, Dr. John Conn, is a vascular surgeon trained at Emory University. He has utilized the device to successfully, consistently overcome severe challenges in reaching and correcting complex blockages in the leg arteries.”
The pain and disability caused by narrowed leg arteries often ends tragically in amputation, and the technical difficulties conquered by the device allow more surgeons to restore effective blood flow. A huge and growing vulnerable population is at risk for limb loss because of aging, diabetes, and hypertension. They can benefit by this device which simplifies access to correcting the root cause: the bulky yellowish build-up of plaque in arteries.
A multinational independent research clinic spent more than a year investigating and reporting on the device. The results were positive and encouraging, with the recommendation to proceed with development. The device is FDA classified as a trocar, and the procedures for which it is used are covered by Medicare and health insurers.
Mr. Tom Donaldson, President of Signet, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Conn and offered staggering statistics. “Our research shows that here in the USA alone we average over 180,000 amputations per year, and all indications are that we may expect more. We know that the mortality rate is well over 50% after one year, not merely from surgery but from the medical results of impaired function. The emotional anguish suffered by these patients is enormous,” says Donaldson. Dr. Conn, who has devoted many years to preventing amputations, noted, “I am very pleased to see this promising device taken to the next level by the Signet team.”
Signet’s Board is determined to make the ConnREAP™ device available to every surgeon in the world by mid-next year. “This is a debilitating disease,” says Mr. Letiziano. “There is no doubt that our ConnREAP™ device will alter the lives of those who are being tormented with making such a frightful decision as amputation. This device will make a difference. We are close to our final design stage and a successful funding offering. Our goal is to start manufacturing and offering the kit for delivery quickly and have patients dancing again. Our stock offering is published and investors are welcome to join us in a meaningful endeavor.”

Signs Agreement with Florida International University (FIU)
GRAPHENE TECHNOLOGY TO DEICE AIRCRAFT ENTERS $1.30 BILLION DEICING MARKET,
TIME-SAVING, MORE EFFICIENT & LESS TOXIC WASTE [1]
Miami, Florida January 15, 2019 Mr. Tom Donaldson, President, Signet International Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SIGN), the parent company of Signet Graphene Technologies, Inc. (SGT), announced today that the company has executed a contract with Florida International University (FIU) to further the development and commercialization of a new deicing technology enhanced by graphene, the revolutionary carbon-based nanotechnology.
Adhesion of ice to the surfaces of aircraft in inclement weather severely compromises aircraft aerodynamic performance. Time-consuming airport deicing operations are performed for safety, causing extensive flight delays for travelers and a heavy financial burden for the airline industry. Airport Lifestyle magazine notes that the average cost of deicing a passenger aircraft is over $7,000 per coating.
deiceingpic3
Icy conditions can severely compromise aircraft aerodynamic performance.
A team of engineers at Florida International University headed up by Professor Arvind Agarwal, PhD, Chair of Mechanical and Materials Engineering and his team in Plasma Forming Laboratory: Ms Jenniffer Bustillos, Dr. Cheng Zhang and Dr. Benjamin Boesl have developed a graphene foam−polymer composite with superior deicing efficiency and strength. (Patent issue Jan. 22, 2019)
The graphene-foam polymer composite provides lightweight coatings and free-standing components with heating abilities, with exceptional thermal stability. The graphene reinforcement also increases the tensile strength of the polymer coating on the aircraft and reduces the impact of nasty toxic chemical runoff seeping into the ground and water.
The patent application, entitled, “Three Dimensional Graphene Foam Reinforced Composite Coating & Deicing Systems Therefrom,” was a result of research conducted by a grant from the U.S. Army Research Office. Signet Graphene Technologies, Inc., intends to further develop the technology and make it ready for mass production. This invention is expected to have a major impact on the aircraft deicing market, which, according to Opus Materials Technologies, the U.S. spends over $1.30 billion in deicing fluids alone.
“This contract marks the first of an exciting ongoing relationship with FIU,” says Donaldson. “This invention is the solution to a very practical problem in air transportation. Critically low temperature conditions are the reasons delays are imminent, costing the airlines and travelers time and money. Although our focus is on time and safety in the airline industry, we are discovering an abundance of uses for this technology. In fact, we are exploring applied applications in solving icing conditions from icy steps; turbine blades and their mechanics, helicopter rotor blades; even private home uses and other subzero problems.”
“It is a pleasure to be associated with FIU,” says Ernest Letiziano, CEO, SIGN. “We were looking for applied use of graphene that can be made available to the public quickly; this invention is the answer to efficiency and toxic waste. The Army Grant technology has been achieved; we will take it from here.”
