Idea:
Each alias, including the multi headed posters, take a trading day off. No posting, no reading the board. Go to breakfast, somewhere with a nice view, great food. Try going to an event where you can participate in something of interest outside IPIX, maybe a conference at a University nearby, organization you like. Find out what's going on with the people around you.
Leave the cell phone at home to avoid temptation of posting, reading a post. Don't look it up on your computer. One entire trading day off from posting on all websites, check in with the outside world. Don't even look at this or any board.
When you come back, everything will be the same and you'll feel better and know that this world hasn't changed. Make sure it's a weekday, not the weekend.
Trashing people doesn't change a thing, commenting doesn't change a thing and the world keeps spinning. The sun comes up from the east and goes down in the west. Hope it's nice weather wherever you are. Too hot here but that's the way it is in CA. Great views of SF from one of our favorite restaurants. Great food, great AC and great on the deck under an umbrella. Don't even bother taking the cellphone to read what is being posted and know, nothing will have changed while gone. Enjoy.

If at work, one might enjoy your fellow employees or those that work for you more. Interact just a little bit more and see what happens. No stock market, focus on you and those that interest you and activities that interest you. One might find it's more important than responding to a post from an unknown alias that does or doesn't have the same interest in a stock regardless what it is or it's valuation. Works for me and hope that just one day works for you.
