As soon as a few people start bidding beside each other on different MMs, someone breaks rank and outbids the rest, and 2 moves later we have a .4000 bid again.
The manipulator wasted about 15K shares total in the multiple small paint downs - trying to give the illusion it was going down - and hence why only 2,500 left at .4450.
