he's not going to say something like,..
"The only financial institutions that will loan us funds are under the category of toxic lenders. And that is because our balance sheet and fiscal health is close to bankruptcy."
any lender that looks at OWCP's real financial condition will leave burn marks from peeling out so abruptly.
what happened to the ROTH conference ? nothing manifested,..nothing !
which is why in their most recent filing they specified that they 'had no ongoing talks or negotiations' with interested parties or investors.
so how does "We are working on getting funding on much better terms. "match what he told you ?
