Slow and very selective "dosing" of PR's is in my opinion a carefully calculated and executed plan by company management .
This may be a "tree shake" to got rid off shorts and other unfaithful investors and allow to accumulate by those who are in trust but it is IMHO a very smart and well scheduled plan
I think the "deal" is sealed and waiting to be announced in appropriate for company time and soon
I found recent publication in JAMA yet another "signal" to those who are at risk of missing the train and soon it will be too late to jump in.
