Global Payout (OTC: GOHE) together with its wholly owned subsidiary MTrac Tech Corporation this morning announced the formulation of a strategic alliance with a Puerto Rico-based company to offer the signature MTrac solution to the legal cannabis community. Since legalization, medical marijuana in Puerto Rico has become a humming commercial sector; however, limited banking support presents a particular problem.
