kelt .. it's pretty clear there is a *continge

it's pretty clear there is a *contingent* who want to normalize the abnormal
specific to what gets done to the *stock*
when that fails to part investors from their *shares*
the FUD gets directed to mgmt's motives
what i can show (and why it has to be both buried and mocked and yep stalked)
is because i can show exactly when NRs' (non retails) patterns changed out
on IPIX .. @ each stage
the last 2 stages of NRs that imo are worth noting .. are 3.1.19 and 9.12.18
remember all the chatter about FTDs .. which were cherry picked by an embed
(FTDs are an indication of abusive efforts .. meaning NR has a *settlement* issue on IPIX)
NR *learned* something imo in February 2019 .. which clearly impacted how NR *reported* aspects related to IPIX going forward (specifically 3.1.19 to yesterday)
NR usually has two ways to get *retail* to sell .. run a stock high enough .. or take a stock low enough in alignment with FUD fostered via SMBs
which is why it can be so hard to ascertain input from SMBs ..
if anyone here actually *tracked* FTDs reported via NR to the SEC on IPIX
they would see a very clear *pattern* played out over the last 4 months of 2018
and the first 3 months of 2019
and imo even the dimmest bulbs and those that play them on SMBs .. could understand exactly why every *multi* has to be *accounted* for to work .. when
mgmt releases info via a PR or a filing
IPIX currently .. volume maintenance req'd .. PPS compression req'd (that would be because of how NR has had to *mark* DRS %s since 3.1.19) and CONstant
UC'ing on the ask begging for ask hits to *reset* what NR will most likely have to *mark* regardless .. mostly being done by CDEL these days (again any NR entity can and will hire a MM for camouflage) .. the key is to see which MM (market manipulator) reports to Finra for the MM Monthly (actual activity) .. work backwards from there ..
this isn't rocket science .. but it is math
NR is between a rock and a hard place on IPIX .. and perhaps it's just me .. but i suspect mgmt is totally *aware* as well

Good deal compared to what?
I've seen where a BP paid $700M for a preclinical drug that failed miserably and I'm sure there are others just like it.
How high is UP is another good question.
We are not dealing with a reformulated drug nor are we dealing with another "new" antibiotic in the cycline or mycin family.
If this was just "another drug" addressing an indication in an already competitive market, value assessment would be much easier.
However:
We are dealing with a whole new class of drug that addresses an unmet need in a totally and potentially vast untouched market .
We are dealing with a drug that so far has not shown any meaningful contraindications, side affects,or adverse reactions. What are "No Lawsuits" worth to a BP?
We are dealing with a drug that is easily administered, packaged, shipped and stored. What's that worth?
We are dealing with a drug that will be rapidly accepted by the medical community as well as the insurance industry. What's that worth?
We are dealing with a drug that will likely have global marketing from the start. What's that worth?
To quantify that in dollars and cents is not only above my "pay grade" but also likely far above yours as well.
Best not to talk about deal values and leave that up to those who know far more than any of us do.
