PR or 1Q19 forward looking guidance on 5/15. Since he stated "I will communicate with SHs in the traditional ways the Qs and Ks" I believe that more likely but am not sure. Since "outlining what we are expecting from Gallagher" is a signifigant fiscal matter wouldn't a 8-K be in order?
