i was in the construction trade for over 30yrs. always had salesmen knocking on the trailer door wanting to sell their product line. the most important thing to me was their word. some times i paid a little more because they agreed to deliver the products on time. if they said the material would be on the job wed. morning and i have 4 men waiting to recieve that product, it had better be there or their card got sent to the trash. all the salesmen i met seemed to have an eternal optimist personality, but if their word was no good , we were done doing business.i don't understand SB's lackadaisical attitude in this regard. i know he doesn't control all events going on, but i do wish he would give a little more thought to what he can control, and understand that a man's word is the most important thing he owns. jmo come on onci
