Correct, the company has to report material results in just a few days, they can't withhold and save that info until when it is convenient. They also just can't create news. When there is something material to announce they will.
Patience is key, we all know good news will be forthcoming, for sure by May 15 when earnings are announced showing the combined earnings with Sound Concepts. Probably then Rory will give guidance, it seemed he was excited about 1Q earnings when he did that interview the afternoon after the Bell Ringing but said he couldn't really say much yet even though he was going to be anxious or excited to report them on the reporting date.
