No, Pluto sees things as they are. The change to the Attorney Letter was most likely requested by OTC Markets since they have begun elevating "Pink Current" companies. When the letter was changed there was a mistake. Mistakes are not capital offenses, and frankly your entire argument, with your questions, are typical message board nonsense where statements are made but the statement ends with a " ? " mark.
