I understand your frustration and according to logical thinking,I agree with you.
BUT...Just to throw in a thought that we and many may have NOT thought of is the possibility that it may NOT be BP who is hesitant at this point but rather Leo and Dr.B trying to maximize the value of the deal until the "last gun is fired".
