I call TD Ameritrade and requested the $38 fee be refunded and they said they would do that. I have RMHB in four of my accounts so we are talking almost $160. TD Ameritrade is waiting on RMHB to send the new shares and they do not have a timeline for that. I will send Paul a note asking about the distribution of the new shares.
