PHIL showed zero dilution this past week. I'm expecting about 3
more weeks of this 'quiet' low VOL trading and then around
MID MAY hopefully CEO will have enough cash from DIO
deal and other sources to start a BUYBACK and then combine
that with news of the VINAFILMS AUDIT. That combo should
get a good rally going.
ICING on the cake would also be some good news
with the LUX FUNDS and DIAMOND deal in MAY.
