I find "and Singapore" interesting. You don't set up a cyber security branch office there without the 500 lb. gorilla, SingTel, noticing. IMHO there is more to this development than meets the eye. I write that because SingTel (the largest telecom provider in Asia) rolled out MFA/OOBA for all mobile banking customers over a year ago.
