No 'imho' necessary here... and yes indeedy a lot of speculation now regarding this CEO...
I am sure he will NOT reach anyone at OTCM today and he very likely knew and knows that.
He must also know that when a letter is actually and truly in to OTCM as he says it is, they post it the following day... so no, it does not take three days.
For example, check out SRMX which filed or put in the attorney letter to OTCM yesterday for real and it is actually there and filed... their 'yield' sign WILL be off on Monday (the next business day).

Why don't I see his letter in as he says ... it's an automated process.
Maybe I thank him for the 'hope' he's providing during this holiday weekend but according to his own words in this latest tweet (11 days for a new tweet-guess no lenders have needed/wanted to sell), we will not see OTCM update and remove the 'yield' until at least three days following this holiday weekend so latest SHOULD be Thursday morning (maybe he needs three more days to really put it in). If we don't see it by then, he would have pulled another fast one on shareholders (and btw sh will likely be hesitant to trade next week in anticipation and 'hope' for something real)... staying the 'usual' SB we have now come to know unfortunately... hope I'm wrong for a nice change.
If we do see an Attorney Letter, hope it's a brand new and solid attorney providing it.
In any case, off to a great weekend myself and may you all have a sobering and beautiful Holiday weekend also!
