We also have to take into account the fact Mark may not be making all the decisions regarding litigation strategy. The guys with whom SFOR made the litigation funding agreement may be holding the purse strings and dictating whether SFOR gets the money to pursue some of these lawsuits and not others. That is utter speculation on my part, but it is a variable we as investors need to think about when assessing the overall investment opportunity.
That said, I have not sold a single share. As scatter-brained as Mark is sometimes, I have a weird feeling of trust in the guy. This last interview just FELT different because of his attitude and the sound of relief/excitement in his voice when he was talking about deals finally coming to fruition. As I think we all are, I am frustrated by the length of time my money has been tied up in this company, but I feel confident in saying these next two quarters are finally going to give us a glimpse of what SFOR is truly capable of doing. Mark has kicked the can down the road for a loooooong time, but I believe he is about to pick that can up and dunk in in the bin Shaq-style in the next two quarters. We've waited this long....what is another 6 months between shareholders?
