I don't know if they talk to each other or not.
But since they are both members of the same group one would think that Bluebird would have enough professional courtesy not to step on our brand name and be part of a Rocky Mountain High Burger when they know full well how similar that is to our trademark.
I take umbrage to that and if I were Michael Welch I would be on the phone today asking for an explanation.
Shame on the ruthless, unprincipled cutthroats at Bluebird.
