I agree 100%!! I'm tired of this. The silence is deafening! I don't accept anything anyone says on this board or otherwise. Steve needs to step up and tell us directly what's going on.
The yield is beyond ridiculous. The noncompliant SOS for ONCI & HEXA is ridiculous and as you say, totally unacceptable!
Even if Steve puts out the mother of all PRs over this long weekend (for which I and all others have glaring .0010s to look at), to me, none of it matters with these issues because he's done much damage to his credibility in not addressing these issues.
If the lawyer is the issue, which I can only assume at this point it is, fine...tell us you're working on submitting the damn letter through another attorney. Unless, of course, he can't.
