Do you remember their boasting ad extolling now "Enhancing the security of DoD's SIPRNET with MFA/OOBA"? Their contract to do so (with infringed SFOR IP) is not for chump change! They would be stupid not to sue or countersue SFOR and drag the case out for as long as possible to get as many DoD dollars as possible over the life of the lawsuit.
